Our events will take place on the rooftop of The Ballard Hotel (Olympic Rooftop Pavilion) — an indoor/outdoor space. We'll have events on Saturday, and the wedding itself on Sunday. It's a beautiful spot, but it can get chilly once the sun goes down, so dress code is formal but bring a layer you can throw on for the evening.
On Saturday at 11:30 AM, we'll be heading out on a sailing charter. Lunch will be provided, and more details are still to come. It is highly recommended you plan to arrive early, the boat leaves promptly and does not wait for stragglers.

We recommend flying into Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA). It's about a 30–40 minute drive to Ballard depending on traffic. More details on transportation will be added here soon.
We'll be staying at The Ballard Hotel along with our family, and you're more than welcome to stay there too. Rates run around $460/night, and staying there also gets you access to the Olympic Athletic Club next door. We've arranged a room block, so if you book under our wedding block you'll get a 10% discount off the standard rate.
We know that rate isn't in everyone's budget, so here are a couple other options if you'd like something more affordable:
Ballard Inn — our most recommended alternative. It's literally next door to The Ballard Hotel, roughly $140–$180/night. One thing to be mindful of: only some rooms have a private bathroom, while others have a shared bathroom, so double check that when you book.
Airbnb — if you want to be as close to the venue as possible, it's also worth searching Airbnb for places right in Ballard — there are usually several great options within walking distance.
Other Hotels — there are plenty of other hotel options a 5-10 minute drive away in the Fremont area, or all around the city elsewhere.
Rates fluctuate with season and availability, so treat these as ballpark estimates and book early if you can.
If you're thinking about giving us a gift, that's extremely kind of you. We don't have a registry, but if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon fund, that would be really appreciated — cash, Venmo, or Zelle all work wonderfully. Truly, your presence at the wedding is more than enough of a gift.

Swipe up on the list that appears until you see Add to Home Screen, then tap it.
Tap Add in the top-right corner. You can leave the name as it is.
Close Safari and tap the new Molly & Gabe icon. It opens right back to this page — then tap Set up push notifications again to finish.
